Punjani CRM is provided by Punjani Inc. ("we"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords safe and for the content and messages you send through the service, including local laws on marketing messages, consent and opt-out.
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly. Upgrades are pro-rated. If an invoice is not paid by its due date we may make your workspace read-only after a grace period and suspend it after 30 days.
Plan limits apply to users, contacts, invoices, leads, automated messages and storage. Automated WhatsApp, email and robocalls are sent through your own provider accounts and must follow those providers' policies.
You own your data and can export it at any time. After cancellation we keep it for 30 days, then delete it permanently.
We back the service up daily and work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
We will tell you about material changes by email at least 14 days before they apply.
