This policy explains how Punjani Inc. handles information for Punjani CRM.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile, business name), billing records and technical logs. Data you store about your own customers is processed on your behalf — you are its controller.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send account and billing emails, and offer support. We do not sell personal data.

Isolation and security

Each workspace has its own database and file storage. Staff access is limited to support requests and is logged. Connections are encrypted with TLS.

Processors

Hosting, email delivery and payment processors (Stripe, PayFast, your bank) receive only what they need to perform their service.
